Quality Assurance
All of my jewelry is made by me in my studio, including design, casting or fabrication, finishing and stone setting. I take great pride in making sure that each piece is done to the highest of quality standards. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within seven days of the sale date, in original condition, for a full refund minus shipping costs. You must contact me to get a return authorization prior to returning the jewelry. Custom made pieces cannot be returned.
Warranty
All work is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for one year from the sale date. This obviously does not include owner induced catastrophes such as car door or garbage disposal encounters. After that year we will strive to repair your jewelry for a minimal cost. Any repair charges will be communicated prior to repair commencing.
Custom Work
It is my pleasure to accept commissions for custom work. Whether it is making a piece of jewelry from family heirloom stones or customizing a piece of production jewelry, I enjoy the close working relationship that develops.
